AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT | 08th MAY 2026 | The first day of BNI Ahmedabad Symposium 2026 witnessed enthusiastic participation from the business community, with entrepreneurs, industrialists and professionals from across sectors coming together for one of the city’s largest networking and business events.
Organised by BNI Ahmedabad and centred around the theme ‘Upward, Forward and Beyond’, the two-day symposium at the GMDC Convention Centre is expected to attract more than 10,000 business leaders and entrepreneurs from over 50 industries. The event features curated networking sessions, industry interactions and the Sicilian Expo with over 150 business stalls.
The opening day featured engaging panel discussions and business sessions attended by leading industry figures including Sharvil Shridhar of A. Shridhar Group, Prahlad Patel of PSP Projects and noted architect Hiren Patel. Discussions focused on entrepreneurship, business growth, leadership and emerging opportunities.
The Symposium also offered structured networking formats such as Industry Power Dates and pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, enabling participants to engage in focused and high-value business interactions. A key highlight of this year’s edition is the integration of AI-powered networking tools aimed at facilitating smarter and more meaningful business connections.
The inaugural day also featured a talk by former IPS officer Ajay Tomar on ‘Modern Management Lessons from the Bhagavad Gita’. The evening concluded with a performance by comedian Manan Desai and the team of Lavaari, adding a lighter dimension to the business-focused event.

The event’s second day will feature keynote sessions by investment banker and business educator CA Sarthak Ahuja, along with other expert-led discussions and engagements.
The expo will also remain open to visitors on Saturday, offering people from Ahmedabad an opportunity to experience the business exhibition and learn more about BNI.
