GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD | 09th OCTOBER 2025: Revomac Industries Pvt. Ltd. a global market leader in equipment manufacturing of concrete products has introduced Fully Automatic Servo Cuber System in India, which is considered to be a historic breakthrough in the country construction and manufacturing industry. This new development automates the whole post production process of block and paver handling and changes the productivity, efficiency and quality standards.
Revomac has dominated the industry with innovative machines in the production of fly ash bricks, paver blocks, kerb stones, hollow blocks and concrete blocks within the last 15 years. The company has sucessfully installed 450+ machines in India and exports to South America, Africa, and the Gulf, which makes it even stronger in the global leadership due to this innovation.
Mr Jigar Patel, the Director of revomac industries has stated his vision of the launch, “Automatic Servo Cuber System has the capacity to manufacture 50,000 to 100000 bricks daily. It also automatically put the bricks off pallets, shape them into cubes, bundle the cubes and prepare them to be shipped, all in the smooth flow along with production of bricks.”
He further added:“The Automatic Servo Cuber Robot handles blocks directly from production pallets and stack them in cube form, ready for curing, storage, and dispatch. This system helps manufacturers reduce labor dependency, improve product quality, and ensure damage free handling. In short, the entire block production process has now become smarter, faster, and more sustainable.”
Revomac also presents its Jaguar inspired block making machine, which is both powerful and precise. The machine is equipped with a high tech vibration system that maximizes cement utilization and enhances product strength and performance.
