Hanuman Jayanti will be Celebrated with 48th Hanuman Sangeet Mahotsav at Talgajarda by Morari Bapu

In this three-day program, awards from various fields will be presented and venerated on the day of Hanuman Jayanti


GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD 08 APRIL 2025: With the inspiration and guidance of Pujya Morari Bapu, Hanuman Janmotsav- 2025 will be celebrated by offering a special musical tribute to Hanumanji Maharaj at Chitrakoot Dham in Talgajarda.

This three-day program will be celebrated on 10/11/12 April, (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). For the last five decades, special musical tributes and dance tributes have been offered here as the birth anniversary of Hanumanji Maharaj.

This year’s Sangeet Mahotsav 2025 will be held on On Thursday, 10/4, Pandit JayateerthMevundi (Karnataka) will perform classical singing from 8 to 10 pm. On Friday, 11/4, Niladri Kumar (Mumbai) will perform sitar and Satyajit Talwarkar (Pune) will perform tabla from 8 to 10 pm.

On the occasion of Shri Hanuman Jayanti, an award ceremony will be held on 12/4 and Saturday in the morning. In which, at 9:00 am, in front of the huge statue of Hanumanji Maharaj, after the musical recitation of Sundarkand, Aarti, and Hanuman Chalisa, the award distribution program will be held.

In this programme at 10 am, the Hanumant Award for singing, instrumental, dance and percussion will be presented by the pure hands of Shri Morari Bapu. In which Pt. JayateerthMevundi will be presented for singing, Shri Niladri Kumar for Sitar playing, Vidushi Aditi Mangaldas for dance (Kathak) and the award for percussion instrument (Tabla) will be presented to Shri Satyajit Talwalkar.

The Nataraj Award given for lifetime service in the field of acting will be presented to Shri Pranjivan Paija (Morbi) for Bhavai, Shri Sanat Vyas (Mumbai) for drama, Shri “Arjun” Firozkhan (Mumbai) for Hindi TV serial.

In addition, the ‘Bhamati’ award given to a Scholarly woman who has served the Sanskrit language will be presented to Dr. Punitaben Desai (Valsad). The second Sanskrit language “Vachaspati Puraskar” will be presented to Dr. Girish Jani (Mumbai- Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan). While the “Kailash Lalit Kala Award” will be presented to Mrs. Naina Dalal (Picture) (Vadodara), the “Sadbhavana Award” to Shri Gulzar Ahmed Ganay (Kashmir) and the “Avinash Vyas” (Sugam Sangeet) award will be presented to Harishchandra Joshi (Botad / Bhavnagar) to pay homage to them.

After the award presentation ceremony, the inspiration and guide of this entire undertaking, Shri Morari Bapu, will deliver a special address.
