Ahmedabad 20th November 2024 — The Rotary Club of Ahmedabad Skyline continues its mission of community empowerment with the impactful execution of the Skyline Women’s Care Project, led by Rtn. Parul Shah. Focused on improving menstrual hygiene and promoting sustainable practices, the project reached over 380 girls across three schools in the Gandhinagar region, providing essential resources and facilities.
Project Scope and Highlights:
Under the Skyline Women’s Care Project, the following schools were covered:
- Pansar Pay Center School
- Beneficiaries: 160 girls
- Support Provided: 1 incinerator machine and sanitary pads
- Adalaj Girls School 1
- Beneficiaries: 120 girls
- Support Provided: 1 incinerator machine and sanitary pads
- Shertha Primary School
- Beneficiaries: 100 girls
- Support Provided: Repeat supply of sanitary pads
The project involved the installation of two incinerator machines worth 25000 and the distribution of sanitary pads, generously supported by Rtn. Nilesh Khatri.
The initiative was led by Rtn. Parul Shah, Hygiene Project Chair, whose meticulous planning and passionate execution were pivotal to the project’s success. And was supported by fellow Rotarians,
