Heritage Infraspace signs strategic JV agreement with Bangladesh’s ABC

Ahmedabad July 2024: Heritage Infraspace, the pioneer of the diaphragm wall technology in India, has entered into a strategic joint venture agreement with Associated Builders Corporation Limited (ABC) of Bangladesh, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. The agreement was signed by Heritage Infraspace Managing Director Gagan Goswami and ABC Director Nashid Islam recently.

Heritage Infraspace and ABC are engaged in the civil construction of various building and infrastructure projects in India and Bangladesh respectively. This partnership will leverage their strengths to undertake large-scale building and infrastructure projects across Bangladesh.

With Bangladesh witnessing a surge in infrastructure development, including high-rise buildings, hospitals, private universities, power plants, and the metro rail system in Dhaka, the collaboration is poised to meet the growing demand in both government and private sectors.

Gagan Goswami, Managing Director of Heritage Infraspace, said, “This joint venture marks a pivotal step in our growth strategy. By combining our expertise in diaphragm wall technology with ABC’s local market knowledge and execution capabilities, we are well-poised to secure and successfully deliver major infrastructure projects in Bangladesh. This collaboration not only broadens our geographic footprint but also strengthens our commitment to innovation and excellence in the construction industry.”

Heritage Infraspace is renowned for pioneering diaphragm wall technology in India,With presence in 15 states and 45 cities Heritage having successfully completed over 450 projects, including the new Parliament CCS building and Metro Rail projects in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kanpur, Kochi and Agra. This strategic agreement with ABC will enable Heritage to extend its cutting-edge construction technologies to Bangladesh, enhancing project efficiency and execution.

“With this partnership, we will be able to take our advanced technologies and construction techniques to Bangladesh, which will help in improving the quality of the infrastructure projects. Together with ABC, we aim to set new benchmarks in the country’s infrastructure sector,” Mr. Goswami said further.

The joint venture underscores Heritage Infraspace’s commitment to collaborate with leading players and drive forward the infrastructure development in the region.
