GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD | 13th OCTOBER 2025 — In a proud and historic moment, the Rotary Club of Ahmedabad Skyline, Gujarat’s largest and one of India’s most vibrant Rotary clubs, contributed 1,08,000 Diyas to the “Aapke Ghar Se Diya Jaayega Ayodhya” 2025 Initiative in association with My FM 94.3.
This Diwali, as lakhs of diyas illuminate the sacred city of Ayodhya, every 1 diya out of 25 will be from a Skyline family — a glowing symbol of unity, devotion, and community spirit.
The official Diya Handover Ceremony was held during the grand Skyline Box League (SBL) Finals, where a special Ram Aarti took place, creating a deeply spiritual and festive atmosphere.
Adding to the significance of the event, RJ Charmy from My FM 94.3 graced the occasion and presented the Certificate of Appreciation to the Skyline team, acknowledging their extraordinary contribution to this national initiative.
“This initiative is not just about lighting diyas in Ayodhya — it’s about spreading light from every Skyline home across the nation. One diya in every twenty-five is from our family. That’s the power of unity,” said Rtn. Saurabh Khandelwal, Project Chair & Sports Commissioner, Rotary Club of Ahmedabad Skyline.
The event once again showcased how Skyline seamlessly blends community service, cultural celebration, and fellowship to create impact that goes beyond borders. Hundreds of members and their families participated, turning the handover into a festival of pride and togetherness.
